Excellent service, friendly helpful staff, beautiful at a fair price.

No valet parking, no directory of services in the room.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel because of it's location (near the Winchester Mystery House). The staff was friendly and helpful, even selling us discount tickets to the Mystery House. Room, particularly bathroom, was starting to show wear and tear (scuffed paint, messy caulking around tub, missing button on decorative headboard)

This hotel is conveniently located near highways 280 & 17/880. It is just a short drive away from Santana Row. It features nearby restaurants, gas stations and shopping. Front desk was friendly.

Not a 4 star, I would rate it 2.5-3 star.

This stay was dreadful. I called earlier in the day to see if I could get a room with two beds. When I showed up they were out of all rooms. The person at the front desk was very helpful and after 35 minutes got me a room. The hotel was overbooked with a kids soccer league running the halls all night. I called downstairs three times. It wasn't quiet until 3 am. I usually love Joie de Vivre Hotels, this one would be fine if it was a 2.5-3 star, but it is not a 4 star hotel.
